1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LeaveHacker NZ (the "Site" or "Service"), located at leavehackernz.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Independent Calculator & No Liability Disclaimer

LeaveHacker NZ is an independent algorithmic calculation utility and information resource. While our team makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of New Zealand statutory public holidays, provincial anniversary dates, and Mondayisation logic under the Holidays Act 2003:

  • We do not guarantee that your specific employer, collective agreement, or employment contract will approve your requested leave dates.
  • Users are solely responsible for verifying leave balances and obtaining formal employer approval prior to committing to non-refundable flights, accommodation, or travel plans.
  • LeaveHacker NZ and its operators hold no legal or financial liability for denied leave requests, roster misunderstandings, or financial losses incurred from travel bookings.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, its source code, algorithm architecture, UI designs, and branding are the intellectual property of LeaveHacker NZ. You may use our calculations for personal, non-commercial planning. You may not scrape, frame, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the underlying algorithms for commercial software without prior written consent.

4. Third-Party Links & Advertisements

The Site contains links to external websites, including travel providers, affiliate networks, and commercial advertisements served by Google AdSense. We do not control or endorse external content and assume no responsibility for the policies, products, or services of third-party websites.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
