By analyzing New Zealand's official statutory public holidays alongside all 12 provincial anniversary days and weekend alignments, our algorithmic engine calculates the mathematical minimum leave days required to unlock extended 9-to-16-day holidays.

LeaveHacker NZ was developed by an independent team of Kiwi software engineers and digital creators based in Nelson and Wellington, New Zealand. We believe that workers should have transparent, friction-free access to utilities that improve work-life balance and mental well-being.
The platform is 100% free for all users. There are no paywalls, mandatory account sign-ups, or invasive trackers. We support the ongoing operational hosting and development costs through respectful advertising partnerships (Google AdSense) and transparent travel affiliate links.
